The Benefits of Joining a Food Truck Association

The NorCal Food Truck Association was established in 2022 to provide a face and collective voice for the growing mobile food industry in northern California.  Through collaboration and information sharing, the association will help to promote, protect, and expand the mobile food industry in our area. 

Local government laws are constantly changing and the mobile food industry needs to be included in those decisions.  For example, if a brick and mortar restaurant association decides that it doesn’t like competition from food trucks, it can use its money and influence to alter local laws that could be detrimental to our success in the mobile food industry.  By joining forces in our own association, we can level the playing field and influence change that will help, rather than hinder, our industry.

Members of the NorCal Food Truck Association will have their own profile page that includes their bio, menu, schedule, and more.  Potential customers can contact you directly or use our “Book a Truck” feature to request bids on their upcoming events from all mobile food vendors at once.  This tool makes it easier for potential customers to find and connect with you.  This service is free to both customers and mobile food vendors and is intended to help promote our industry.
