An experienced restaurateur, Heather took her passion for food, business, and community on the road. She designed her trailer as a fully functional display kitchen, serving up good ol’ American fare in her cute little red trailer.
Sausage Slinger explores the flavors of northern California by sourcing all ingredients locally whenever possible. All sausages are nitrite-free, grass-fed, all natural, or organic.
